I just read , scientists discovered evidence of a mirror universe where time moves backwards. How is this possible, what is the meaning of time moving backwards I cannot comprehend it. How can time go back if it has not moved forward first?

We cannot tell that we are living in a time which is moving backwards or forwards.
After the theory of Big Crunch. Scientist has found that when the universe will shrink, time will move backwards and forwards when it expands. We can't really tell we are living inĀ era of expansion or shrinkage. Let's say someone is walking, if you are standing behind the person, he is moving away from you, and if you front of him he is moving towards, same goes for the universe and time, you can't tell if the universe and time is moving away from you(expansion and forwards time) or towards you (shrinkage and backwards time), it is generally the same. Hope I made you understand.

Can you post a link? I don't think scientists have found evidence of a mirror universe. They may have developed a theory that such a universe could exist.

There is no underlying physic law that states time must move forward. In an alternative/parallel universe, time can move backwards. However it only moves backs from our perspective, for anyone living in that universe/parallel world time is moving forward.
