I'd like to build an electron accelerator with a crt, vacuum, some magnets, maybe ln2 and what ever else is required.I'd like to have two CRT electron gun on each side(maybe a linear accelerator?)and collide them.I do understand at ~25keV you wont have anything crazy, but I'd like to do it for an a science project/Personal research.

Thanks.

P.S.

I do understand they're are dangers including x-ray radiation, high voltages, some glow in the dark humans etc(last one is a joke of course)

Good luck with that...are you attempting to conjure up some dark matter or look into the beginnings of our universe? Dude, I wish you the best of luck, but I don't think that are any home-makeable particle accelerators...ask MythBusters?
